4. The Circus stays together. Runs for parts, fuel, beer, cell coverage, emergency services or anything will be made by no fewer than two Circusers. If the party is to be completely made of Interns then three are required.
5. Alcohol Abuse: Egregious alcohol abuse will be that which is in the spirit of the following examples; misplacing a six pack, misplacing more than 100mL of expensive Scotch, intentionally causing another Circuser to not have access to their alcohol (See Ownership below.) A conviction of abuse will be determined by a simple majority of the Members present with Interns receiving one vote between all Interns present.
5a. Ownership of alcohol shall be determined by The Rule of 3 - Any beverage left unattended for more than 3 minutes becomes community property and may be claimed and owned by any Circus member or Intern.
6. Any and all Interns who voluntarily return for a second consecutive gathering of the full Circus shall be granted honorary membership and handle.
6a. Any and all Interns or honorary members who voluntarily return for a third consecutive gathering of the full Circus shall be, upon approval by some arbitrary percentage of full members present, made full members gaining all rights, privileges, honors and likelihood to be mocked for riding prowess or lack thereof. This shall be signified by some kind of ceremony, TBD by members present, and the issuance of a Coin.
7. Coin Challenge: When 2 or more Circusers are together, and if a Coin Challenge is raised, the Circuser without a Coin will purchase fuel or alcohol (the former being generally more important than the latter) for the duration of the event.
4a. Loss of a Coin, determined by 48 hours without physical possession of Coin, will result in the Ride of Penance. The member without a Coin will, in a single ride, deliver an appropriate token of penance to each member of the Circus. The Ride of Penance shall be taken on a motorcycle.
8. Jerseys, Patches, etc. - All Members, Honorary Members, Interns, and Support who have been issued a jersey, patch, flag or sticker of The Circus shall ensure that, at a minimum, one such item is displayed or worn at all activities or gatherings in which The Circus is involved either partially or completely.
9. Motorcycles shall be ridden to events attended by Circus members. With the exception of extenuating circumstances and approval of a majority of Circus members, no motorcycle shall be transported to any rally or gathering by any meas other than under its own power.
